Overview
A first step in the Town Center Area Plan (TCAP) update process was the formation of the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) to ensure that the TCAP represents the viewpoints of the community. The CAC will serve in an advisory capacity throughout the TCAP process, providing input and guidance on key planning topics, including land use, circulation and parking, safe routes to school, economic development, design character, and community engagement strategies.
The Town Council finalized appointments to the CAC at its July 8, 2025, Regular Meeting. The CAC includes representatives from several Town volunteer committees, property owners, and residents.
