The copies of the statements of economic interest filed with the Town for 87200 filers may be obtained by visiting the offices of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) at:

Other public officials, such as the Town Manager or Town Attorney also file such statements with the Town Clerk and the public may view or obtain copies of such records at Town Hall.

Form 700, Officeholder and Candidate Campaign, and a comprehensive list of every FPPC form may be obtained online. Blank electronic hard copy forms may be requested from the Town Clerk via email or by phone at 650-851-6790 during regular business hours.

Beginning January 1, 2021, local government agencies are required to post campaign statements and reports required by Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 84100) on their agency's website, within 72 hours of each applicable filing deadline, if they are filed in paper format. If the final day of the 72-hour period is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the period is extended to the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday. Before posting, the local filing officer shall redact the street name and building number of the persons or entity representatives listed on any statement, report, or document, or any bank account number required to be disclosed by the filer. The reports and statements must remain on the agency's website for at least 4 years. The FPPC maintains a list on its website of links to local agency filing systems, web pages, and databases where statements are available electronically.
