SMS Terms and Conditions
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Town of Woodside (“Town”) and these Terms of Service. This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit instructions, and billing notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See Town's Privacy Policy. On any SMS message from the Town, reply STOP to any message to opt out.
SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from the Town for messages, updates and other relevant content that you have opted in to receive, general two-way communication regarding information or services you have requested, or business you are doing with the Town. Message and Data Rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will get more than one message from the Town unless you opt-out. Messaging frequency varies depending on the messages you have opted into and/or the business you are doing with the Town. The Town reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. The Town and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.
Privacy Policy
Your information will be handled in accordance with the Town’s Privacy Policy.
Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message the Town sends you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.

Liability
The Town is not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
