Local Roadway Safety Plan (LRSP)
A Local Roadway Safety Plans (LRSP) identifies and systematically analyzes roadway safety needs and develops a prioritized list of safety countermeasures. LRSP offers a proactive approach to addressing safety needs and demonstrates agency responsiveness to safety challenges through local agency partnerships and collaboration. The completion of the countywide LRSP will enable jurisdictions in the County to be eligible for grant funding from different regional, state, and federal entities.
