The public may observe/participate in Emergency Preparedness Committee meetings using remote public comment options or attending in person. Emergency Preparedness Committee members shall attend in person unless remote participation is permitted by law. The Emergency Preparedness Committee may take action on any item listed in the agenda.

Call to Order, Roll Call, Quorum, Minutes Taker: Four members

Public Communications: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(a), persons wishing to address the Committee on non-agendized items that are within the jurisdiction of the Town are invited to do so. Please note, however, that the Committee is not able to undertake extended discussions or to act on non-agenda items. Such items can be placed on a future agenda. As a courtesy to others, the communication should be kept to a three-minute limit.

Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Emergency Preparedness Committee regarding any item on this Agenda will be made available for Public Inspection at the administration counter at Town Hall located at 2955 Woodside Road during normal business hours.
